True to form, Madeline checked another milestone off the list just before we went to see the doctor. Up until now, she would only take unassisted steps when Josh and I would sit about 8 ft apart and coax her to travel from one of us to the other. We didn't feel like we could mark off "walking" since we were the instigators and motivators for her actions. However, now it's official -- Madeline started walking of her own volition on Saturday!
